Case with four wood disc feet at base; base is perforated with drilled ventilation holes; case top side with ventilation holes and brass IRT electrical lab property plate; hand written inscription in white paint, "I .ADW-13" above IRT plate; black, hard rubber control panel on top of case; panel features two brass contacts and four contacts with hard rubber caps; all but one contact have a small brass plate with electrical inscriptions mounted above or below; small push button located at panel base with brass mount and celluloid top; raised hard rubber patent plate with engraved patent dates in white; dates range from 1890 too 1898; Manufacturer's plate made of brass with name and inscriptions mounted at panel center; meter with brass plated copper bezel over curved glass pane and paper indication panel; panel with ruled measure and two lines of numerical inscriptions; top line inscription in intervals of 20 with an range from 0 to 240; second line with red inscriptions in intervals of 25 with a range from 0 to 125.
