Description Fuse Puller from Power Substation # 11 (IRT) collected in 1999. Used to install and remove fuses from the 11,000 to 19,000-volt alternating current (AC) supply in substations. Using the fuse puller along with rubber insulating gloves kept the substation operators safe from electrocution
Wood with hinged "tong"-style design. Manufacturer's plate attached near the hinge.
