Resistor with four cylindrical barrels, arranged two above two; barrels with wavy bent wires around entire surface, which is coated with green porcelain enamel; barrels connect at both ends to black metal mounting bracket; bracket top with black transite contact board; four contacts with threaded bolts; manufacturer's plate riveted to side of contact board; stamped numerical inscription on contact board, possibly MTA unit number.
