Scope & Content Recto: Depicts tracks and station (on the periphery) of the Spring Street station of the IRT. There is a handwritten message in ink: "Have you any idea that I still exist? !!!!! Helen."

Verso: Franklin one-cent stamp, cancelled in Brooklyn, 9:30 AM, June 13th 1905 and Summit, NJ, June 13th 1905. Addressed to "Miss [Nan] Mac Donald 5 Sayre St [Summit] N. J.
